Not Receiving Miss Kim’s Emails?

We send emails regularly and it’s important you receive our emails so you and your dancer are in the loop and never miss any important information.

Emails are sent from the following 2 domains:
jackrabbittech.com
misskimdance.com

Check your SPAM or JUNK folders regularly. If you find one of our emails there, you can usually right-click or somehow select it and tell your email that it’s not spam and move it to your inbox.

Check Your Parent Portal:
All of our emails that are sent from Jackrabbit are available from inside your Parent Portal. You can see every email sent to you from Jackrabbit in your parent portal. Note: personal emails sent from MissKimDance.com are not in the parent portal.

If you no longer wish to receive our emails: please let us know and we’ll remove you… do not flag our emails aa spam because that will cause problems for others.

How to Manually Setup Your Email so Miss Kim’s Emails bypass SPAM

To make sure you never miss an email: note that if these instructions appear outdated, or, if your email provider is not listed, simply google “how to whitelist an email address or domain in x” where “x” is your email provider.

  • Gmail
    • Open Gmail and click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
    • Select See all settings from the dropdown menu.
    • Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
    • Click Create a new filter.
    • In the “From” field, enter the specific email address or domain (e.g., @jackrabbittech.com and @misskimdance.com) you want to whitelist.
    • Click the Create filter button.
    • Check the box next to Never send it to Spam.
    • Click Create filter one last time to save and activate the filter.
  • Outlook.com or Office 365
    • Method 1: Using the Settings menu
      • Go to Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right corner and select View all Outlook settings.
      • Click on Junk email.
      • Select the Safe senders and domains tab.
      • Click + Add or Add.
      • Enter the individual email address or the domain name (e.g., @jackrabbittech.com and @misskimdance.com) and press Enter.
      • Click Save at the bottom of the window.
    • Method 2: From an existing email
      • Find and open an email from the sender you want to whitelist.
      • Right-click the email and choose Junk, then select Never block sender.
      • If you want to block the sender’s domain instead, select Never block Sender’s Domain.
      • Click OK when prompted to confirm the action.
  • AOL:
    • Method 1: Add to Contacts
      • This is the simplest method and tells AOL to trust emails from that address.
      • Open Contacts: From the AOL Mail inbox, click on “Contacts” in the left-hand menu.
      • Create New Contact: Click the “New Contact” icon or button.
      • Enter Email: Type the sender’s email address into the “Email 1” field.
      • Save: Click the “Add Contact” or “Save” button to finish.
    • Method 2: Mark as “Not Spam”
      • If you find an email from the sender in your spam folder, use this to train the filter.
      • Open Spam Folder: Go to your “Spam” folder in AOL Mail.
      • Select and Open: Click on the email you want to whitelist to open it.
      • Click “Not Spam”: Find and click the “Not Spam” button at the top of the email.
