Cricket Foster

  • Ballet
  • Progressing Ballet Technique Master Trainer

Christine “Cricket” Foster started dancing at the age of 8. She discovered her love for the stage with the Salisbury Community Players and was honored to be chosen to dance with the Washington National Ballet at 10 years old. She toured with Up with People, Sesame Street Live and danced as the 1996 Olympic Mascot for Busch Gardens. For 8 years she danced in the semi-pro ballet company “Bravo”. Returning to the theater, she performed the lead role in “Jeckyl & Hyde” in a New York regional theater. In 2004, Cricket moved to NYC to attend American Musical & Dramatic Academy, paving the way for an Off Broadway performance.

In her present role as a Holistic Health Coach, Cricket continues to empower others on their wellness journey, through movement of their mind and body. She is Pilates Mat/Pilates Reformer/Yoga certified and the only Progressing Ballet Technique master trainer in North Carolina. She is also the lead singer and choreographer for the professional East Coast Entertainment wedding band – Bounce!

Cricket loves spending time with her husband Mike, dog Buzz and dancing around the living room with her heart, her daughter – Arielle.

Cricket is thrilled to be reconnecting with Miss Kim and with her passion for ballet. She is looking forward to teaching and inspiring the next generation of wonderful young dancers.
