Lesleigh Roberson

  • Tap

Ms. Lesleigh is returning to the dance world again and she is so excited to be joining Ms. Kim’s crew! She started dancing at the age of 2 and began assisting in classes and teaching while she was in high school. Over the years she has taught ballet, tap, jazz, and musical theater to students of all ages. She has taken a break over the last few years to focus on teaching kindergarten full time, but she has missed dance and is thrilled to have the opportunity to get back into the studio.

In 2017 and 2019, Ms. Lesleigh participated as an instructor for the fundraiser Dancing for the Stars with Little Pink Houses of Hope. She and her first partner won the award for Most Entertaining! Recently, Ms. Lesleigh has started taking ballroom dance lessons in Greensboro.

Ms. Lesleigh graduated from UNCG in 2003 with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies: birth through kindergarten, and has been teaching pre-K and Kindergarten since that time. She is currently a kindergarten teacher at Andrews Elementary in the Alamance Burlington School System. She lives in Burlington with her husband, Will, and two children, Corbin (9) and Adeline
