Katy Combs

Katy Combs has been an elementary art teacher for Alamance-Burlington Schools during the last 10 years and has taught for 15 years in total, 5 of which were at the preschool level throughout college. Katy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a bachelor’s degree in Art with an art education teaching licensure add on. She has a 3 year old little girl and two sweet puppies! In her spare time, she loves to paint, play outside, take photos, and add sparkles to anything she can! She loves Color Theory and all things to do with color!

Katy looks forward to creating and having fun with young artists at Miss Kim’s. We will paint, draw, and create mixed media pieces of art while learning about artists from all over the world.
